KETO FATHEAD ROLLS

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms. It may be sticky, but that’s normal.
- Shape the Rolls: With wet hands, shape the dough into small rolls (about the size of a golf ball) and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten them slightly if you prefer.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm or store them in an airtight container for later!
