Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes (Russet, Yukon Gold, or red potatoes work well)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme), optional for garnish
Instructions:
- Prep the Potatoes:
- Wash and peel the potatoes (peeling is optional for a more rustic look).
- Slice the potatoes into even, thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) for even cooking.
- Season the Potatoes:
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, making sure they are coated evenly.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss again until all slices are well-seasoned.
- Air Fry:
- Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for a few minutes.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through for even crispiness. Cook until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Once cooked, remove the slices from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional salt or fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve hot as a side dish or a snack with your favorite dipping sauce.
