Green lentil-salad

Ingredients
Cooked lentils (250g dry before cooking)
half a cucumber cubed
8 tomatoes cubed
4 sundried tomatoes cut
4 slices of salt-lemons minced
Onions red or white cut in rings
vegan feta
Juice of 1 lemon
Vinegar
Oliveoil
Salt pepper
Mustard
whole bunch of fresh herbs
First Mix the dressing ingredients including onions, then add the rest. Tastes warm (fresh cooked lentils) and cold
