1 cup of mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
4 large eggs
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or other low-carb milk)
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Bread: Cube the keto-friendly bread and spread it in a greased baking dish.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
