keto salami egg with goat cheese

Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of salami
- 2 oz goat cheese (about 1/4 cup crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as chives or parsley)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil or butter and let it melt and coat the pan.
- Cook the Salami: Add the salami slices to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until they are crispy. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- Prepare the Eggs: In the same skillet, crack the eggs. You can cook them sunny side up, scrambled, or any style you prefer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the Goat Cheese: Once the eggs are nearly done, sprinkle the goat cheese over them. Let it melt slightly.
- Serve: Arrange the crispy salami slices on a plate. Top with the eggs and goat cheese. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
