Meat balls & Gravy

Meat balls & Gravy Bored on Lunch recipe. A tip, if you don’t add bistro at the end, you could use it with spaghetti.

Slow cook for 2.45 hours on high

Ingrédients

500g of meatballs

2 x onions cut into rings

2-3 tbsp tomato purée

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp onion granules

3 crushed garlic cloves

Salt and pepper

400ml of beef stock

2 tbsp bistro gravy powder with 50ml water

Préparation

1. Cook your meatballs for a few minutes on the pan to brown, add to your slowcooker

2. Fry the onions on the same pan including the juices from the meatballs, then add this to the slowcooker with all other ingredients

3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8

4. Serve with a creamy buttery mash, greens, garnish with thyme and enjoy
