Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Chopped cabbage
Eggs
Frozen veggie mix
Frozen cauliflower rice

Mix and scramble the eggs in the fry pan. I used cooking spray and a tiny bit of sesame oil. Once the egg is cooked, put it on a plate
Fry your Chopped garlic, onions, and cabbage with cooking spray. When it’s cooked, add the rest if ingredients and add salt, red pepper, garlic powder, and 1 to 2 TBS of each sauce. When almost cooked all the way, add the eggs back and mix well.
