Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the egg to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
Roll Out Dough:
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut Crackers:
Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into small squares or desired shapes.
Bake:
Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Cool and Serve:
Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become more crispy as they cool. Once cooled, break them apart along the cut lines if needed.
