Air fryer chicken thighs
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning rub.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat all sides.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other to allow for proper air circulation.
- Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Once done, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
