Low Carb Breakfast Rolls!

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 lb gournd sausage
- 10 slicesmozzarella cheese
- salt & pepper taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook sausage through and add eggs.
- Stir until cooked and set aside.
- Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
- Bake cheese for 5-6minutes or until edges starts to brown. Remove cheese from the oven and allow to cool down.
- Divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese and roll.
Optional
- Lightly grease your pan with butter and cook until crunchy.
