Naan bread Pizza cooked in Air Fryer

Ingredients:

  • Naan bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, cooked chicken, etc.)
  • Olive oil (optional, for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the naan bread: If the naan bread is too large for your air fryer basket, you may need to cut it to fit. Place the naan bread on a clean surface.
  3. Add pizza sauce: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the naan bread, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Add toppings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Then add your desired toppings, distributing them evenly across the pizza.
  5. Optional: If you like a crispier crust, you can lightly brush the edges of the naan bread with olive oil.
  6. Air fry: Carefully transfer the prepared naan bread pizza to the preheated air fryer basket. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the naan are golden brown. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
  7. Serve: Once cooked, remove the naan bread pizza from the air fryer basket using tongs or a spatula. Allow it to cool for a minute or two before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy!
