Weight Watcher’s Pizza Pasta Salad- 3 pts per Serving!
You won’t believe that this amazing Pizza Pasta Salad is ONLY 3 points per serving!
It’s true! Your whole family will love it! What’s not to love- Pizza, pasta and salad all in one amazing dish!
Ingredients:
- 1 box- 8 oz Penne pasta
- 1/2 cup green pepper diced ( 2 )
- 1/2 cup red pepper diced ( 2 )
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 cup black olives
- 1 cup mini pepperoni
- 1 cup chopped mozzarella
- 3 tbsp. fresh basil
DRESSING
1 cup store bought Italian fat free dressing
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse under cold water.
- Set to the side to chill.
- Prepare your vegetables.
- In a large bowl add your pasta, red & green pepper, tomatoes, cheese, red onion, olives, and pepperoni.
- Toss to combine
- Add your dressing.
- Toss to coat.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
