Weight Watchers Ranch Chicken Recipe

This Weight Watchers Ranch Chicken Recipe is a family favorite!! Saving time and money is essential to my family, and we always look for ways to do so. Easy dinners do that; thankfully, chicken breasts are 0 points on the Weight Watchers plan.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Cups Corn Flakes
- 6 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
- 1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a zipper bag crush cornflakes and combine with ranch seasoning
- Coat your chicken breast with sour cream, I did mine lightly, just enough to make the seasoning stick to the chicken breast.
- Place a breast in the zipper bag and shake to coat in corn flake mixture
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with a nonstick spray
- Remove the chicken breast from the bag and place in your pan
- Repeat these steps till all breasts are covered
- Take remaining mixture and cover the chicken breasts
- Bake for 45 minutes till chicken breast is cooked thoroughly

**you could use low fat to lower point value for the recipe
