Weight Watchers 5-Minute Fudge
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar (confectioners’ sugar)
- Optional: Chopped nuts or sprinkles for topping
Instructions:-
- Line an 8×8 inch (or similar size) baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal of the fudge.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and almond milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
- Quickly spread the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, using a spatula to smooth the top.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts or sprinkles over the top of the fudge for decoration.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1-2 hours or until it’s firm enough to cut into squares.
