WW Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef (you can use turkey or chicken as a lighter option)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

For the Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fat-free Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Assemble the Salad:
    • In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chopped dill pickles, and reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese.
    • Add the cooked ground beef to the salad.
  4. Add Dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined and evenly coated.
  5. Serve: Divide the Big Mac salad among serving plates or bowls.
  6. Garnish (Optional): If you like, garnish with additional pickles, a sprinkle of cheese, or a drizzle of extra dressing.
