WW Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 1 pound lean ground beef (you can use turkey or chicken as a lighter option)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the fat-free Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chopped dill pickles, and reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad.
