VEGAN CHEESY GARLIC BREAD
Ingredients:
- 1 French baguette
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegan Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup vegan mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the French baguette into diagonal slices, about 1-inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Using a pastry brush, generously brush the garlic butter mixture onto each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle the grated vegan Parmesan cheese and vegan mozzarella cheese over each slice of bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the bread from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy your vegan cheesy garlic bread!
