WW Homemade Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh sliced peaches (or one 29-ounce can of sliced peaches, drained)
- 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix (or a similar reduced-fat baking mix)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-fat milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Optional Topping:
- Fat-free whipped topping or vanilla frozen yogurt (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread the sliced peaches evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the Bisquick Heart Smart mix, almond milk, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown, and the cobbler is cooked through.
- Allow the peach cobbler to cool slightly before serving.
- Optional: Serve with a dollop of fat-free whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt.
