WW Homemade Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh sliced peaches (or one 29-ounce can of sliced peaches, drained)
  • 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix (or a similar reduced-fat baking mix)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-fat milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Optional Topping:

  • Fat-free whipped topping or vanilla frozen yogurt (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread the sliced peaches evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the Bisquick Heart Smart mix, almond milk, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown, and the cobbler is cooked through.
  6. Allow the peach cobbler to cool slightly before serving.
  7. Optional: Serve with a dollop of fat-free whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt.
