I was craving something sweet this morning, I go to scan all my jams and jellys, 3-5 points oh lord!
Homemade blueberry jam 0 points!
9 oz of blueberrys washed in a pan
1-2 TBS Lemon juice
Add 1 Tbs powdered sugar
Makes like 20 servings and the sugar is negligible but it is so good and even better hot
I topped it over 1 cinnamon raison english muff and 1 laughing cow wedge
Delicious! this blueberry jam pairs so well w the lauging cow cheese!
I will mix it in plain greek yogurt tomorrow
