🍫 5-Minute Vegan Nutella🕒 Prep Time: 5 minutes🍽 Yields: ~1 cup

🧾 Ingredients


1 cup roasted hazelnuts (store-bought or home-roasted)

2–3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/4 cup maple syrup (or agave/date syrup)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

2–4 tbsp plant milk (almond, oat, or soy — as needed for creaminess)

💡 Optional: Add 1–2 tsp melted coconut oil for extra smooth texture.

🥣 Instructions

  1. Blend the Hazelnuts:
    In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend hazelnuts until they turn into a smooth nut butter (takes 2–4 minutes depending on your equipment — scrape down sides as needed).
  2. Add Remaining Ingredients:
    Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

Blend again until fully combined.

  1. Adjust Consistency:
    Add plant milk 1 tbsp at a time until it reaches your desired creamy spreadable consistency.

🫙 Storage


Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Let sit at room temp a few minutes before spreading if it thickens.
