2 INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (about 6 oz) sugar-free dark chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
- Line a small square or rectangular pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the sugar-free dark chocolate chips and fat-free sweetened condensed milk.
- Create a double boiler by placing the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir the mixture continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the ingredients are well combined.
- Once the mixture is smooth and well combined, remove the bowl from heat.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours or until it’s set.
- Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan.
- Place the block of fudge on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into small squares.
- Store the Weight Watchers 2-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
