2 INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (about 6 oz) sugar-free dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Line a small square or rectangular pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine the sugar-free dark chocolate chips and fat-free sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Create a double boiler by placing the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir the mixture continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Once the mixture is smooth and well combined, remove the bowl from heat.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours or until it’s set.
  7. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan.
  8. Place the block of fudge on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into small squares.
  9. Store the Weight Watchers 2-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
