2 Ingredient Pizza Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (or any topping of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the Cheese: Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon) of shredded mozzarella onto the parchment paper. Flatten each mound slightly to form a small circle, about 2 inches in diameter, to give the chips their shape.
  3. Add the Toppings: Place 1–2 small pepperoni slices on top of each cheese circle.
  4. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crispy.
  5. Cool and Serve: Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes. This will allow them to crisp up fully. Once cool, serve and enjoy your pizza chips!

Tips:

  • You can use Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for extra flavor before baking.
  • If you’d like a lower-fat option, try turkey pepperoni or a light cheese blend.
