  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat or 2%, thick and creamy)
  • 3 large eggs

(Optional: add vanilla extract or sweetener to taste)

  1. Mix eggs and yogurt
    Whisk eggs lightly, then mix thoroughly with Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Pour into a baking dish
    Use a small glass or ceramic dish like in the image.
  3. Bake in a water bath
    • Preheat oven to 160ยฐC (325ยฐF)
    • Place the dish in a larger pan with hot water halfway up the sides
    • Bake for 35โ€“45 minutes until set but still jiggly in the center
  4. Cool and chill
    Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve
    Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa nibs, or a few nuts.
