Ingredients:-

  • ▢¾ cup plain nonfat yogurt (regular or Greek)
  • ▢1 tablespoon dry sugar free pudding mix

Instructions:-

  • Spoon the yogurt into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with the dry pudding mix. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy….
  • If it seems too thick stir in a little bit of water (1-2 tablespoons) until desired consistency is achieved.
