1 Point Protein Muffins

Made these protein muffins last night for the first time. They are delicious. OP says 1pt but I think mine ended up being 2pts. I like chocolate chips
1 and 1/3 cup Kodiak pancake mix
1/2 cup water

3 eggs

90 Lily’s Baking Chips (Sam’s Club)

3 overly ripe Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon

3 Packet splenda
350, 15-20 min.
