🛒 Ingredients (4 servings)

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup crushed pineapple (in juice, well drained)
1–2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (for thickness & sweetness)

1️⃣ Blend the base
Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
2️⃣ Mix
