1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Chickpeas: Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel. It’s important to remove as much moisture as possible to get them crispy.
Season: In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil (if using), paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Bake: Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
Cool: Let them cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become even crispier as they cool.
Store: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
