Ingredients:
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, unsweetened)
- 1 packet sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor you like β strawberry, raspberry, etc.)
- Β½ cup boiling water
- Β½ cup cold water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Sweetener to taste (like Stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol β optional)
- Optional: A few fresh berries or a spoon of sugar-free whipped topping for garnish

- In a bowl, dissolve the sugar-free Jell-O in Β½ cup boiling water.
- Add Β½ cup cold water, stir well, and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Slowly pour the cooled Jell-O mixture into the yogurt while whisking until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into serving cups or a container. Chill in the fridge for at least 2β4 hours, or until it sets and fluffs up.
