Zero-Point Fatbomb Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, unsweetened)
  • 1 packet sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor you like – strawberry, raspberry, etc.)
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Sweetener to taste (like Stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol – optional)
  • Optional: A few fresh berries or a spoon of sugar-free whipped topping for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the sugar-free Jell-O in ½ cup boiling water.
  2. Add ½ cup cold water, stir well, and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Slowly pour the cooled Jell-O mixture into the yogurt while whisking until fully combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into serving cups or a container. Chill in the fridge for at least 2–4 hours, or until it sets and fluffs up.

💡 Tips:

  • Blend it with an electric mixer after chilling for extra fluffiness!
  • Freeze for 20–30 minutes before serving for a cool, mousse-like texture.
