Zero Point Crustless Pumpkin Pie


  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Sugar substitute to taste (optional)


  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Pumpkin Mixture: In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, unsweetened applesauce, non-fat Greek yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness to your liking. If needed, add a sugar substitute of your choice until the desired level of sweetness is achieved.

  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. The edges might slightly brown.
  6. Cool: Allow the crustless pumpkin pie to cool in the dish before slicing.
  7. Chill (Optional): For a firmer texture, you can refrigerate the pie for a few hours before serving.
