Zero Point Chicken salad,

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, celery, and red onion.
- Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and dill.
- Mix Together: Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill (Optional): For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
