Zero Carb Yogurt Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and thoroughly grease a loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
  • Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth with no yogurt lumps remaining.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a wire cooling rack and let cool completely before slicing.
  • Slice with a sharp knife and enjoy with your favorite toppings.

  • For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze slices for up to 3 months.
  • Toast from frozen for a quick snack or meal addition.
