Zero Carb Yogurt Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and thoroughly grease a loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth with no yogurt lumps remaining.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire cooling rack and let cool completely before slicing.
- Slice with a sharp knife and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
