- 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating:
- 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)

1. Make protein filling
- In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Chill mixture for 10โ15 minutes to firm up slightly.
2. Shape candy bars
- Using your hands or a spatula, shape the whipped protein mixture into small bars or rectangles (~6 pieces).
- Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze 10โ15 minutes until firm.
3. Prepare chocolate coating
- Melt sugar-free chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave (stir every 20โ30 seconds).
4. Coat candies
- Dip or spoon melted chocolate over each bar until fully coated.
- Return to parchment-lined tray and freeze 5โ10 minutes until chocolate sets.
5. Serve & store
- Keep candies in the freezer or fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy chilled for best texture.
