  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Coating:

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)

1. Make protein filling

  1. In a bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Chill mixture for 10โ€“15 minutes to firm up slightly.

2. Shape candy bars

  • Using your hands or a spatula, shape the whipped protein mixture into small bars or rectangles (~6 pieces).
  • Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze 10โ€“15 minutes until firm.

3. Prepare chocolate coating

  • Melt sugar-free chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave (stir every 20โ€“30 seconds).

4. Coat candies

  • Dip or spoon melted chocolate over each bar until fully coated.
  • Return to parchment-lined tray and freeze 5โ€“10 minutes until chocolate sets.

5. Serve & store

  • Keep candies in the freezer or fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy chilled for best texture.
