- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C).
- Lightly grease 3 small ramekins or one small baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla. Whisk gently until fully combined (donβt over-whip β you donβt want bubbles).
- Pour mixture evenly into ramekins.
- Place ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water halfway up the sides (water bath = ultra creamy texture).
