Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until you have a smooth batter. If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. (Avoid over-baking to keep the brownies fudgy!)
- Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing. This helps them set and gives them the best texture.
Tips
- Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
- Additions: Try adding a touch of espresso powder or cinnamon for extra depth of flavor.
Enjoy these rich, guilt-free brownies!
