WW Fiber One Brownie Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownie (or a similar low-calorie brownie option)
  • 2 tablespoons Cool Whip Light
  • 1 tablespoon PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Cut the Fiber One Brownie in half horizontally to create two thin layers.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Cool Whip Light with PB2 and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Spread the Cool Whip and PB2 mixture onto one half of the brownie.
  4. Place the other half of the brownie on top, creating a sandwich.
  5. Optional: Wrap the brownie sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for a firmer texture.
