WW BEST SALAD BOWL

If you have an instapot you can easily make this. I have this several times a week.

1c of low sodium broth

2 boneless chicken breast

seasonings of you choice – anything goes.

Pressure cook on high for 13 min & then do a quick release.

If you have a kitchen aide mixer use it to shred the chicken breast – so easy (about a minute)

Or shred with two forks

Save the leftover broth to moisten the shredded chicken

Then add whatever you want to it …

I take out how much I want to eat for that meal & I add a small amount of light mayo, low sugar cran raisins, some grapes and a small amount of chopped walnuts, celery … all small amounts … anything you want

Sprinkle of Trader Joe’s season Everything but the Bagel

Make a sandwich with light bread, use triiscuit wedges , low carb balance Mission wrap… whatever you want

You will have a very low point meal!
