Ingredients
▢2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
▢1 tablespoon water
▢¼ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
▢1 teaspoon honey
▢1 fresh apple, cut into “fries”
▢¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add the peanut butter powder and water to a small bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. (Using a fork worked well for me.)
Stir in the yogurt and honey and mix well, until smooth and creamy.
Add apple “fries” to a small plate and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy together with the peanut butter dip.
Recipe Notes
Try substituting chocolate peanut butter powder for the regular peanut butter powder for a chocolatey taste.
Replace the honey with maple syrup for a flavor boost.
