Weight Watchers Zero Point Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:-

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 packets of Stevia or sweetener of choice (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:-

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the unsweetened applesauce, non-fat Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  3. Microwave the mug on high for about 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage. The cake should rise and set but still be slightly moist.
  4. Allow the mug cake to cool for a minute or so before enjoying. You can sprinkle some powdered sugar or add a dollop of non-fat whipped cream on top if desired..
