Weight Watchers Zero Point Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:-
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (or whole wheat flour for a healthier option)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener (such as Stevia or any sugar substitute)
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- Optional: A pinch of salt or a few drops of liquid stevia for added sweetness
Instructions:-
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and granulated sweetener. Mix well to combine.
- Add the vanilla extract and unsweetened applesauce to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. If you’re using a pinch of salt or liquid stevia, add it in now.
- Microwave the mug on high for about 60-90 seconds. Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave’s wattage, so keep an eye on the cake as it cooks. It’s done when it’s risen and firm to the touch.
