Weight Watchers Zero Point Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (medium size)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (optional for texture, also zero points)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice (like Stevia or zero point sweetener) – optional
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and sweetener (if using). Mix well.
  3. Pour in almond milk or water and stir until combined into a batter.
  4. Microwave on high for about 60-90 seconds. Check at 60 seconds and cook more if needed (don’t overcook, or it dries out).
  5. Let it cool for a minute or two before digging in.

Tips:

  • You can add a few fresh berries or sugar-free syrup on top.
  • Adjust cocoa powder to taste.
  • Enjoy warm!
