Weight Watchers Zero Point Banana Souffle Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash bananas with a fork.
  2. Add 2 eggs.
  3. Mix all well.
  4. Bake in the microwave for 3 minutes. Check to see if it is done. If not, cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
