Weight Watchers Vegetable Hamburger Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce – 10 oz
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 ozs dry onion soup mix
- 4 cups water
- 1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables – 16 oz.
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- ¾ cup elbow macaroni
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brown ground beef in a saute pan over medium heat.
- Combine onion soup mix, tomato sauce, frozen vegetables, broth, water, celery, onion, and macaroni in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer until macaroni is done.
- Add browned ground beef, mix and serve.
