Weight Watchers Vegetable Hamburger Soup

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can tomato sauce – 10 oz
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 ozs dry onion soup mix
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables – 16 oz.
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ¾ cup elbow macaroni

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Brown ground beef in a saute pan over medium heat.
  • Combine onion soup mix, tomato sauce, frozen vegetables, broth, water, celery, onion, and macaroni in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer until macaroni is done.
  • Add browned ground beef, mix and serve.
