Weight Watchers Turmeric Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • Half a cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Ground and fresh turmeric 1 tbsp
  • One tbsp of ginger
  • Lime juice one tablespoon
  • Two teaspoons of chopped garlic
  • Crushed coriander one tsp
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Boneless and skinless chicken breast 4

Optional Items

  • Boiled basmati rice, for serving
  • Roughly chopped parsley, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, warm the oven to 400 degrees centigrade.
  2. Add salt, coriander, garlic, lime juice ginger, turmeric, olive oil, and Greek yogurt to a small bowl.
  3. Whisk all items with a spoon to make a smooth marination batter.
  4. Now, place the boneless chicken breast in the bowl.
  5. Equally, coat each piece of chicken with the spices.
  6. After marinating, shift the marinated chicken in the fridge for sixty to one hundred twenty minutes.
  7. After that, transfer the chicken pieces to a baking tray.
  8. Spray the olive oil over the marinated chicken pieces.
  9. Bake it for twenty-five to thirty-five minutes.
  10. After baking, cut the baked chicken into slices with a knife.
  11. Now, shift the baked chicken to a large plate.
  12. Top with crushed parsley.
  13. The tasty Weight Watchers Turmeric Chicken is ready.
  14. Serve with cooked rice or any low-fat yogurt sauce.
