Weight Watchers Turmeric Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- Half a cup of plain Greek yogurt
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Ground and fresh turmeric 1 tbsp
- One tbsp of ginger
- Lime juice one tablespoon
- Two teaspoons of chopped garlic
- Crushed coriander one tsp
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Boneless and skinless chicken breast 4
Optional Items
- Boiled basmati rice, for serving
- Roughly chopped parsley, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- First, warm the oven to 400 degrees centigrade.
- Add salt, coriander, garlic, lime juice ginger, turmeric, olive oil, and Greek yogurt to a small bowl.
- Whisk all items with a spoon to make a smooth marination batter.
- Now, place the boneless chicken breast in the bowl.
- Equally, coat each piece of chicken with the spices.
- After marinating, shift the marinated chicken in the fridge for sixty to one hundred twenty minutes.
- After that, transfer the chicken pieces to a baking tray.
- Spray the olive oil over the marinated chicken pieces.
- Bake it for twenty-five to thirty-five minutes.
- After baking, cut the baked chicken into slices with a knife.
- Now, shift the baked chicken to a large plate.
- Top with crushed parsley.
