Weight Watchers Toasted Hot Dog Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
- 8 reduced-fat hot dog franks
- 8 reduced-fat whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- Mustard and ketchup for serving (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Lay out the tortillas and sprinkle each with a portion of the fat-free shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place a hot dog frank on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle diced onions and pickles evenly over the hot dog franks.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, enclosing the hot dog and toppings.
- Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Lightly spray the tops of the roll-ups with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with mustard and ketchup if desired.
