Weight Watchers Toasted Hot Dog Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 8 reduced-fat hot dog franks
  • 8 reduced-fat whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • Mustard and ketchup for serving (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and sprinkle each with a portion of the fat-free shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Place a hot dog frank on each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle diced onions and pickles evenly over the hot dog franks.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly, enclosing the hot dog and toppings.
  6. Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Lightly spray the tops of the roll-ups with cooking spray.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with mustard and ketchup if desired.
