Weight Watchers Tater Tot Casserole Recipe
I love Tater Tot Casserole so I lightened it up to make this one more Weight Watchers Friendly, This Tater Tot Casserole is easy, delicious, and kid-friendly!

Ingredients:
40 Tater tots (or about 13oz).
12 oz cauliflower rice.
1 lb lean ground turkey.
1 can of low-fat cream chicken soup.
1 can of green beans.
1 cup 50% fat-free cheese.
1/2 cup skim milk.
1/2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt.
1 medium onion chopped.
1-2 tsp minced garlic.
Ground pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Pepper turkey and onions and cook on med/high heat until the turkey is almost cooked completely.
Add in cauliflower rice and cook a couple of minutes more until the turkey is done.
Add in garlic and cook for about a minute or until fragrant.
Turn the heat down to low and stir in green beans, soup, milk, and yogurt.
Pour mixture into prepared 13X9 inch casserole dish.
Top with tater tots and cheese and bake uncovered at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
