Weight Watchers Mixed Berry Cobbler Cake Recipe

This Weight Watcher Mixed Berry Cobbler Cake Recipe is as sweet as a traditional cobbler while being weight watchers friendly. Can’t beat that right!? Plus its only 3 ingredients so it’s super easy to make. My daughter (who is 6) made the one below all by herself

You Will Need:

  • 1 lb Berries (I used strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
  • 1 box Gluten-Free Vegan White cake mix
  • 1 can Sprite Zero (or any other clear zero calorie soda)

First, Preheat your oven to 350. In a baking dish add your berries to the bottom, the sprinkle on your cake mix. Pour your sprite over your cobbler. Do NOT stir! Leave it as is.

Then, Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let cool slightly, slice and eat. Personally, I recommend serving with a big scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt ;).  I love having recipes that the whole family can enjoy, and that I can feel good about serving them. Weight Watchers food can still be simple and yummy!
