Weight Watchers Ham and Cheese Sliders
Ingredients:
- 12 whole wheat slider buns (choose a lower-point version)
- 1 pound lean ham, thinly sliced
- 6 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer with Ham and Cheese: Layer the sliced ham and halved Swiss cheese over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
