Weight Watchers Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 12 whole wheat slider buns (choose a lower-point version)
  • 1 pound lean ham, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer with Ham and Cheese: Layer the sliced ham and halved Swiss cheese over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  4. Assemble Sliders: Place the top halves of the slider buns over the ham and cheese to assemble the sliders.
  5. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, melted butter, honey, poppy seeds, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

  7. Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
