Weight Watchers-Friendly Orange Creamsicle Moonshine

Orange Creamsicle Moonshine

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar substitute (e.g., Stevia or Monk Fruit)
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 cup of sugar-free orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of 190-proof grain alcohol (or high-proof vodka)
  • 1 cup of fat-free half-and-half (or unsweetened almond milk for fewer points)

Equipment:

  • Large saucepan
  • Funnel
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Glass jars or bottles for storing

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the granulated sugar substitute, water, sugar-free orange juice concentrate, and sugar-free vanilla extract.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar substitute is completely dissolved. Allow it to cool.
  3. Once cooled, add the 190-proof grain alcohol (or high-proof vodka) and fat-free half-and-half (or unsweetened almond milk) to the mixture. Stir well.
  4. Use a funnel to carefully pour the mixture into glass jars or bottles for storing.
  5. Seal the containers and refrigerate the Orange Creamsicle Moonshine until ready to serve.
  6. When serving, keep in mind the alcohol content, and consume in moderation.
