Weight Watchers DETOX JUICE

Ingredients:

  • 1 bundle celery
  • 7 kiwis
  • 7 dates
  • 2 fingers of ginger
  • 3 green apples
  • Juice from 2 lemons

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the celery, kiwis, dates, and green apples into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the ginger into small chunks.
  3. In a juicer or blender, combine the chopped celery, kiwis, dates, ginger, and green apples.
  4. Squeeze the juice from 2 lemons and add it to the mixture.
  5. Blend or juice the ingredients until smooth.
  6. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.
  7. Pour the juice into a glass or container.
  8. Refrigerate the juice for a few hours before serving, or serve it over ice.

For a typical serving size (1 cup), it’s 2 WW points.
