Weight Watchers Christmas Cream Cheese Sprinkle Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup colored sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened reduced-fat cream cheese, softened butter, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
