Weight Watchers Chili

Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken (or lean beef)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (no salt added)
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth or water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray (for sautéing)
- Optional toppings: reduced-fat sour cream, shredded cheese, or cilantro
